Shipping
All orders are shipped from our warehouse outside Ålesund, Norway. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as we can. In busy periods it may take a little longer before your parcel leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Domestic orders
If you live in Norway, your order will be shipped with Posten or Postnord. Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days, based on where you live. The exception is Svalbard, which may take a few days longer.

International orders
All international orders are shipped with DHL Express, and estimated delivery time is 2-3 days.
We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means customs duties, import taxes and VAT for your country are already included in the price you see at checkout. There is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
