Part-time team member BLÆST Concept Store

We opened our first physical store in the summer of 2025 and are now on the lookout for another retail associate to join our team. BLÆST makes technical clothing that gives you the freedom to get on with what you love — without sacrificing design or style. 

As a retail associate, you'll get to work with a strong, local brand built on the values of honest, curious, and unexpected. In our store, we create a physical experience of BLÆST, so we're after someone who relishes a challenge and thinks differently about what a great shopping experience can be. 

The role involves one fixed day per week, every other weekend, and additional shifts as required. 

We're looking for someone who: 

• Is outgoing and genuinely service-minded.

• Has experience in retail (not essential).

• Shows initiative and is comfortable working independently.

• Has strong English skills particularly spoken, as we welcome plenty of tourists throughout the summer months.

Day-to-day, you'll be: 

• Working alongside the team to bring the BLÆST experience to life in-store.

• Making sure every visitor leaves with a brilliant impression.

• Keeping the shop floor tidy and well-stocked.

• Opening and closing the store.
