E-commerce Manager
Want to make our online store one of the sharpest in the business, both in how it looks and how well it sells?
E-commerce Manager, BLÆST
Permanent, full-time. Ålesund. Application deadline: 23 November 2026.
BLÆST makes jackets for everyday life, where fashion meets the outdoors. We're now looking for an E-commerce Manager who wants to make our online store one of the sharpest in the business, both in how it looks and how well it sells.
You're as comfortable in the backend as you are in the sales figures. You know a good online store is never finished: it's tested, tweaked and improved every week. And you know customers today are just as likely to ask an AI assistant as they are to search on Google. With us, you'll own the online store and the B2B portal, from operations and customer journey to growth and budget. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and be the link to sales, warehouse and customer service. We're a compact team, so the road to decisions is short and you'll see the impact of your work straight away.
What you'll do:
Own, develop and deliver the e-commerce strategy in line with the brand's overall goals.
Run and develop the online store and B2B portal, in Norway and internationally.
Own conversion rate optimisation: find the leaks in the customer journey, prioritise hypotheses and get everything right from navigation and product pages to checkout.
Optimise for sales and margin through merchandising, sorting, product recommendations, shipping thresholds and campaign mechanics.
Reduce returns with better product information, size guidance and content.
Use AI to work with and develop product data, content, analysis and automation.
Follow up performance marketing with our agency, and plan campaigns and sales periods with the Marketing Manager.
Own and develop the CRM strategy, with segmentation, automated flows and newsletters that drive repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.
Work with external partners in warehousing, logistics and tech, and prioritise what gets built.
Own the channel's KPIs, such as conversion rate, average order value and CAC, and report monthly on sales, traffic and budget.
Contribute to buying and range planning with the management team.
We're looking for someone with:
A track record of running and optimising an online store, with results to show for it.
Experience with CRO and tools such as GA4, heatmaps and session recordings.
Strong commercial sense and an understanding of how data, brand and customer experience work together to drive growth.
Experience with third-party integrations and ERP.
Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day work.
Experience with performance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snap, with CRM and email, and with managing agencies.
An understanding of SEO and how visibility in AI search is changing the rules.
Fluent Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
At least three years' experience in a similar role.
It's a bonus if you have:
Experience with B2B e-commerce or international online retail, shipping and customs.
A background in retail, fashion, sport or outdoor.
We also think you:
Get more excited about a rising conversion rate than about Friday.
Have an opinion on everything from button copy to shipping thresholds, and the data to back it up.
Take ownership, stay structured and finish what you start.
Are curious, and try new tools before the competition does.
Like working closely with others and having fun at work, even when it's blowing a gale.
What's in it for you:
A key role with real responsibility and room to shape the next chapter of BLÆST's digital journey. A team that's rooting for you. A jacket (or a few) that can actually handle the weather, and great discounts on our collections and on all the brands in Aalesund Protective Wear. Competitive terms and benefits, a properly nice office with a free gym, and the best lunch in Ålesund.
Location: Ålesund is preferred, but we're open to other arrangements for the right candidate. Expect regular visits to our head office in Nørvevika.
Questions about the role? Get in touch with our COO. You'll find the contact details in the ad on FINN.
Apply on FINN by 23 November 2026.
