Please note that we do not accept returns if the product is damaged or lack the original labels and tags. We also reserve the right to not accept your return if you ship it after the 14-day return window.

Due to hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on swimwear. Please double-check your size before ordering, and don't hesitate to contact us if you need help choosing.

Return fee

Return fee varies based on country/region:

NOK: 69,-
USD: 25,-
GBP: 20,-
DKK: 175,-
EUR: 25,-
SEK: 250,-

Exchanges

At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. That means you’ll have to return your item and get a refund, then place a new order for the other style, colour, or size you want.

Tip:
We know that some banks and payment providers might use a few days to return the money to your account, so we recommend placing the new order while you wait for your refund. Just to make sure we still have the style you want in stock.

Your right to withdraw a purchase

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase in line with the Cancellation Act. You have 14 calendar days to notify us of a return, and it’s your responsibility to ensure that we are notified of the return before the cancellation period expires. If the deadline is a bank holiday or weekend, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

Want to know more about your rights as a customer? Check out The Consumer Authority’s website or read the full Cancellation Act.
