We're opening our first concept store
Since 2015, BLÆST has been shaped and inspired by Ålesund; the climate, the nature, the surroundings, and its people. So, when it was time to open our first physical store, it was a no-brainer to set up shop in our hometown. And now, we’ve locked in the opening date!
The next step
BLÆST, part of Aalesund Protective Wear, has been on an growth journey lately. In a short amount of time, we've built a killer dealer network, a booming online store, and we're even making waves internationally.
"It's been 10 years since we acquired BLÆST, and we're celebrating by throwing open the doors to our very first concept store. Doing it right here in our hometown makes it even more special," says Martine Aakre, COO at BLÆST.
Creating a holistic customer experience
The store, which opens 19 June 2025, is not just a shop. It’s an important milestone for our brand. Until now, most of you – our customers – have experienced BLÆST through our retailers or our E-com site. But now, the store gives us the opportunity to create an immersive space that truly reflects our identity, which lets you experience BLÆST up close.
There are lots of ways to express a brand, and we're so exited to invite everyone into our world. We want to craft inspiring stories and unique shopping experiences. Plus, it gives us the chance to showcase our entire collection and present BLÆST exactly how we envision it."

The concept for our store was developed by a talented crew from the Danish agency Narrow Creative, who worked in close collaboration with our internal project team at BLÆST.
"We could not have pulled this off so fast without our team. They've worked tirelessly on this project for the past few months, and crushed it! They deserve a massive round of applause," Aakre concludes.
Opening hours
You can find the new BLÆST concept store at Løvenvoldgata 9 in Ålesund, Norway.
For the rest of the year, the store will be open:
Monday to Friday: 10.00 -18.00.
Saturday: 10.00 - 16.00.
