Shipping
All orders are shipped from our warehouse outside Ålesund, Norway. We aim to ship orders as soon as possible, and orders placed before 12.00 noon (CET) on weekdays will normally be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Delivery time is estimated from date of dispatch, and based on where you live. The estimates below are based on regular operating times, but these might be affected by things like bank holidays or seasons where shipping is in high demand (Black Week, Christmas and similar).
Domestic orders
If you live in Norway, your order will be shipped with Bring. Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days, based on where you live. The exception is Svalbard, which takes 2-3 days.
International orders
All international orders are shipped with DHL Express, and estimated delivery time is 2-3 days.
