Returns and exchanges

Did the product not look the way you thought? Or perhaps it was too large or too snug? Don’t worry – if something doesn’t feel right, you have 14 days to return the item.

This is how you return a BLÆST order in Norway

  1. Make sure the product is intact, including labels.

  2. Fill out the return form included in your shipment. Please note that order number, article number and size are mandatory fields. Article number can be found on the product’s label/hang tag.

  3. Place the item and the return form in the original shipping bag/box and seal the package properly. If the original bag can't be used, you can use a suitable box or plastic bag – just make sure it will protect the item during transport.

  4. Attach the return label on the outside of your parcel. This label can be found with the information included in your order. If you have not received one, please don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@blst.no.

  5. Deliver the package at your local post office, and make sure to ask Posten/Bring for a return receipt with a tracking number.

  6. If your return is accepted, you return will be refunded within 14 days of the date we received your returned item.

The return cost of NOK 69,- will be deducted from the amount you’re refunded.

How to return international orders from BLÆST

Since we use DHL for shipping internationally, we need to send you a return label through their system. So, to return a product you have to contact us at hello@blst.no.

In the email, you should:

  1. Include the order number in the subject line.

  2. Explain what you want to return (this is especially relevant if you purchased more than one item in the same order).

Once we’ve received your email, we’ll send you a return label through DHL and guide you through the return process. The return cost will be deducted from the amount you’re refunded, and it is:

  • USD: 25,-

  • EURO: 25,-

  • GBP: 20,-

  • SEK: 250,-

  • DK: 175,-

Returns that are not accepted

Please note that we do not accept returns if the product is damaged or lack the original labels and tags. We also reserve the right to not accept your return if you ship it after the 14-day return window.

Exchanges

At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. That means you’ll have to return your item and get a refund, then place a new order for the other style, colour, or size you want.

Tip:
We know that some banks and payment providers might use a few days to return the money to your account, so we recommend placing the new order while you wait for your refund. Just to make sure we still have the style you want in stock.

Your right to withdraw a purchase

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase in line with the Cancellation Act. You have 14 calendar days to notify us of a return, and it’s your responsibility to ensure that we are notified of the return before the cancellation period expires. If the deadline is a bank holiday or weekend, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
